Curious about getting involved at Thorrington Scout Camp? Our Warden Open Day is a great opportunity to find out how you could make a real difference – while gaining new skills, confidence, and experiences along the way.

The day is all about discovery. You’ll meet the people behind the scenes, learn what wardens do, and explore the activities and opportunities that make the camp such a special place for young people and volunteers alike.

At the open day, you will:

• Find out more about the warden role and how it fits around your time and commitments

• Discover the activities and facilities available at Thorrington Scout Camp and give them a try!

• Meet friendly volunteers from each warden team, who will share their stories and answer your questions

Whether you’re looking to volunteer, learn new skills, give back to your community, or simply want to know more, this is a relaxed and welcoming way to take your first step. No pressure – just a chance to see where you could belong and how you could help create Skills for Life for others (and yourself).
