Every year, we hold an AGM to review our yearly progress and measure our performance and the impact on our members in the communities we serve. The annual reports are issued shortly before the Annual General Meeting to give people time to read through them.

TSCOT Quarterly Meeting Minutes
The Thorrington Scout Camp Oversight Team (TSCOT) is responsible for the direct oversight of the campsite and is composed of trustees from Colchester Estuary District Scouts and Colchester North District Scouts as well as members of the Volunteer Running Team.
Please note the inaugral meeting of the TSCOT was held in November 2024 (Q4).
