Thorrington Scout Camp is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and willing volunteers to join our fantastic Warden Team. This is a flexible role where you can help out one weekend a month (or more if you fancy! or less if you cant!), supporting the camp and making a real difference for the young people who visit.
As a Team Member, you’ll:
🌲 Help maintain and improve our beautiful campsite
🔥 Run epic campfires and activities
🔨 Get involved in exciting DIY and building projects
🏕 Support the general running of the site
💡 Create and build new activities to keep the adventure alive!
This role is perfect for young adults, ex-Scouts who want to stay involved, and anyone who loves Scouting but can’t commit to a weekly group. No experience needed—just a love for the outdoors and a can-do attitude! You’ll be part of a welcoming, like-minded team, making memories, gaining skills, and having a blast while you help keep the magic of Thorrington alive.
